2. Right of Withdrawal (for EU/EEA Customers)
For customers located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase contract for digital content within 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the date of purchase), without giving any reason. This is often referred to as the "cooling-off period."
However, this right of withdrawal is waived if:

3.2. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds are generally not offered for digital products due to the nature of immediate access to content. However, in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered if a significant portion of the course content remains unaccessed and a valid reason is provided.
3.3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- After 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- If 20% or more of the course content has been accessed.
- If the course has been fully completed.
- For dissatisfaction with results that are beyond our control (e.g., personal effort, market conditions).
- For technical issues on the user's end (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility) that are not attributable to our platform.
- For any Services that explicitly state they are non-refundable at the point of purchase.
